About Dharmendar Rao
I'm Dharmendar Rao, a technical manager and hands-on engineer with 12 years of software development experience and 4+ years leading engineering teams. I specialize in delivering end-to-end AI solutions — Computer Vision, Generative AI, and scalable production systems — comfortable owning projects independently from requirements through deployment.
As Technical Manager at Biz4Group, I've led cross-functional teams of 8–10 engineers, driving end-to-end delivery of Computer Vision products — architecture, development, deployment, and monitoring. Earlier, as Technical Lead at Biz4Group, I built custom chatbot platforms with LLM integration (OpenAI, Gemini) and RAG pipelines using Milvus. In between, I worked as an independent software consultant, delivering development and troubleshooting work directly for clients, including a Technical Lead engagement and a consulting project for Cosco India Limited.
